Close knit, synergistic national sales team. Great VP of Sales. Great benefit package. Competitive pricing when they need to.be.

Cons

Needs better defined role identification and management as it pertains to sales versus service. Actual duties of the position were different than as explained during interview process, upper management does not exhibit servant leadership and humility. Earned commissions withheld without cause after voluntary retirement.

It's like an extended family, awesome benefits, match 401k, Awesome management, room for growth and wonderful co-workers. They even show kindness through gifts of appreciation! Just phenomenal, can't say enough!

The onboarding experience with the company was great, they really take the time to walk you through the process and bring you along and up to speed about the company. I would highly recommend anyone looking for employment to try Ameriflex
