      Great Company with poor leadership.

      Pros

      Work-Life balance is very good. They offer many on campus services like car wash, car rentals, several cafeterias, daycare, and a top notch gym.

      Cons

      Poor Senior Leadership is sinking this company. Too many unqualified manager/directors. Middle management is bloated to say the least.

      Toxic management overshadows everything good about this company

      Pros

      Work from home flexibility and the summer and winter shutdown periods are a nice benefit. Good health insurance.

      Cons

      Management style can be controlling and micromanaging with expectations that shift without clear communication. Employees are held to high standards but not always given the support or clarity needed to meet them. Performance concerns are documented quickly without full context being considered. Culture does not match the company’s public image.

      Good pay, benefits and 401k

      Cons

      No career development or career advancememt opportunities, staff are undervalued and utilized. Sr. Leadership has no leadership vision or strategy. No promotions for high performing staff. Management makes horrible decisions and does not listen to staff that have experience. Amgen states they have values but I do not see this is anyones work or interactions. There iw no autonomy and a lot of micromanaging.
