If you're not an old white man you will constantly be singled out and seen as suspicious. They pay thousands of dollars below the industry average and there is absolutely no room to grow if you're not a white man. I have never met a woman in a position higher than Team leader (the position right above entry level) don't even get me started on woman of color. Me and my coworker were the only black employees and she had to quit due to racial harassment that was not being handled I was then fired for being named as a witness in that same coworkers discrimination case.

Perfection is expected by management. Unrealistic expectations are their demands. Employees are treated like children. It’s a call center where you handle everyone’s files while expected to keep up with your own. Winning the JD Powers Award is their priority and they beat the employees into the ground to earn it. Employees are NOT their concern, it’s all about their reputation being number one. Salary pay is crap with pennies for a pay raise. Employees go unheard when they voice opinions. Amica is ruthless.
