Pros

Great benefits Perfect introduction to the insurance industry Very friendly work environment

Cons

Pay seems to be on the lower side of the insurance industry although benefits make up for it High volume of calls can be exhausting Have to work some Saturdays and holidays and there is limited PTO

Great benefits, low commission

Pros

Management, benefits, nice work environment, good base pay. They make your schedule as flexible as possible for a call center.

Cons

Income cut in half since they've changed marketing and underwriting guidelines. I used to make good money selling policies, but eventually found myself making hourly base pay only.
