      They gave us a phone and an ipad

      Cons

      - was sexually harassed, they haze new employees, there is no work-life balance, they don't compensate to the level of their competitors, they have horrible middle management (no leadership), they do not inspire or motivate - The Amica catch the culture presentation is fake - the people presenting it lie ex: I heard it in September and they told the same story that happened "last week" again in February when it was presented to my branch

      401K matched dollar for dollar. able to earn days to add to vacation time.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Promotions are not based on years of experience but based on the click you belong too. Some employees are over worked while others can socialize through out the day. Management has a way of politely insulting a worker.

      Pros

      They try hard to boost morale. They truly want the customer to be satisfied and give you the authority to make that happen. Good benefits package. (health, dental 401k) Profit Sharing based on yearly company performance

      Cons

      Low salary. They claim the benefits make up for it. Unmanageable workload Managers that don't want to be bothered Team Leaders that are lazy, distracted and unqualified Strict schedule. No leniency for even 1 min late. Too much lazy dead weight bringing down the claims department. Hard working claims reps are not recognized and then must pick up the slack for the habitually lazy.
