AMICA is an excellent company to work for. The benefits are top tier and so are the supervisors/managers at all levels. The management team supports you every step of the way and they make sure you are well equipped to perform your role. AMICA rewards employees well for outstanding work. All employees are friendly and eager to help you succeed. There are plenty of opportunities to work in different departments if you are able to relocate. The company offers an amazing relocation package that applies to certain positions.

Cons

The only con is the relocation. Some people would prefer to stay in a certain location/region.

Being able to help coworkers and management while building long‑term relationships with customers. I value the trust developed over time with customers, their families, and friends, and take pride in providing consistent, high‑quality service.

Cons

Limited authority to bind certain items or assist management with rate decisions can make it challenging to fully resolve issues. At times, tensions arise when I have more knowledge or experience that differs from newer management
