      Pros

      alot of free time. team was super chill, could do work at any hours of the day. PTO is nothing amazing but not bad at the same time.

      Cons

      pay is severely below market rate. Work was pretty boring + monotonous. I'm sure there were some other teams doing interesting work. Ultimately lost a huge goverment contract causing alot of employees to part ways. Lot of people have something to say about CEO, but I personally never worked with him.

      Pros

      My immediate coworkers were kind, my work felt meaningful usually, I felt respected, I liked the push for growth and self-development.

      Cons

      Clearly some internal politics brewing above my head at all times, a ton of passionate people got laid off, lots of fluff to make us like a "family", but business is business and when the workforce reduction happened... well... you'll be happy if you keep your head in the clouds, I suppose.
