Expect turnover in management at the high levels, company has gone through more senior managers than it can count, no one can work with the CEO for very long without quitting or "being told to quit." Expect outside of business hour work or frantic emails or calls. This doubles for women, who are singled out and critiqued by the CEO. Verbal abuse, being told you'll never be good enough, and a culture of fear has pressed people to the point of tears or leaving the company.

I’m honestly surprised this company still exists because a lot of the work it does could truly be done by anyone else. Coworkers here were undoubtedly hard workers but nobody sticks around any longer than needed because nobody can stand the CEO. Peter Levin is a horrible person. He’s manipulative and toxic. He does not understand personal boundaries. He’s a misogynist and a racist. Believe the negative reviews. All of the positive ones get posted because Peter likes to whine about how much Glassdoor hurts his feelings and new people at the company don’t know any better.
