Peter Levin is an arrogant person and very difficult to work with. He believes he is the smartest person in the room, and he is very much not. Narcissistic bullies make the worst bosses. Other companies do what they do and better without having to deal with a condescending know it all who needs to put others down for his ego. Levin needs professional help but he's too old to change. I am returning to this review after reading all the others and I never felt so seen. We need "I survived Peter Levin" shirts and a yearly meet up. In all seriousness, this man is an abuser and destroys people's self-esteem. He tries to make others believe something is wrong with them. There is not. He is the problem and clearly has been all his life. This type of personality disorder doesn't just appear. I would love to talk to people who worked with/for him in his younger days or had the misfortune of having him as a teacher.

It is the ego of the CEO and the culture of fear and discomfort he promotes that permeates the leadership team (besides technical). There are terse positive reviews for this company that are asked to be posted by new staff, but the toxic workplace is detailed in many reviews here and they are accurate. Peter is convinced he is the smartest in the room, fixated on the most mundane details while missing the big picture and taking his own frustrations out on everyone. Diversity and inclusion is nonexistant because the CEO treats everyone the same and his shouting and bullying is especially hard on women and minorities, which he will never acknowledge or agree to, even as he wonders why bad reviews keep popping up. He spends more energy trying to "defeat" his detractors than in doing a real look at himself and his fitness for the role.
