Pros

The benefits of working at Ampact is that you can work in office or remote. They provide flexibility in your schedule to take care of appointments, childcare, etc. If you personally care about education, climate resilience, or healthy futures, you may find some fulfillment in these roles.

Cons

The biggest con is the salary, which is way below average. Each year you are eligible for a raise that is only between 1-3% (previous years it was up to 5%, with nobody ever receiving a full 5% raise). Depending on the team you are with, you could either have a wonderful supervisor or one who makes your job more difficult. The organization prides itself on feedback and a DEI mindset, but refuses to put any feedback or DEI practices into action. They also have a history of union busting.
