      I was able to share with community members about a great program in their local schools, while helping to survive over the lean summer months.

      Pros

      Passionate staff (for the most part), great mission, some flexible hours.

      Cons

      Cutthroat work environment - my manager and coworker were stealing my ideas and passing them off as their own left and right. Felt completely invisible and unrecognized in Greater MN. People based in the metro have far more advancement opportunities. Disorganized and lacking structure.
