      80 percent turnover, low wages and total mismanagement.

      Free hamburgers and hot dogs every couple of months

      Cons

      low wage employees from Cambodia, approx. 1 year as temp before you are hired, then your review is the following year. Health insurance is terrible. Constant managerial changes.

      -People are nice to work with

      Cons

      -Absolutely abysmal onboarding. You will be told to "figure it out" as a replacement for quality training and development. -Certain people are overworked and no one seems to care -Very high attrition rate -Pay could be better -PTO structure is for vacation, times off, sick, etc., and you accrue at a snail's pace -Absolutely disorganized -Some managers should not be in the roles that they have because of attitude, lack of knowledge, or complete ignorance of issues surrounding them -Constant struggles with laptops and IT never seemed to be able to fix the issues -Many open positions that they haven't been able to fill for a long time

      Company wont spend more on computer equipment. Work takes longer as equipment constantly crashes Communication and productivity could be improved if company invested in more innovative equipment and on a more inviting culture for their people Silos in leadership teams Uninviting and dull atmosphere with uncomfortable and outdated decor
