      Good people work there and you’ll Meet nice people

      Cons

      Management was a joke . Only care about their bonuses and goals . They just yell over each other when something doesn’t go their way. Employee turn around is very high

      Pros

      Had an every day task that kept me busy during down times--I felt needed and responsible for something. I developed CAD and machining skills. Friendly and helpful people.

      Cons

      Seemingly lack of communication between departments.

      I appreciate the feedback. At times, we do get too focused on our own responsibilities...but, I will say that we are aware and have been working diligently to be more inclusive with our communication to be sure all employees are engaged. We will be reintroducing employee & peer recognition programs as well as quarterly company wide meetings. Feedback is certainly helping us drive our future...much appreciated!

      Pros

      They are getting better. On the cable side they just learned that most of the workers who were reading the instructions & drawings in English don't know English. They also learned that some of the workers are color blind & couldn't read the color coded system. Management decided to test them for color blindness. Baby steps.

      Cons

      People find new jobs within one year of being hired. Management & HR don't give directions. When receiving quotes always choose the cheapest quotes no matter their previous history which is usually poor. The marketing department doesn't understand the scope of work when they ask certain requests & no one monitors them which wastes resources. They actually gave work to a competing company. This was learned when the decision & company was left written on the white board in one of the conference rooms. It was up there for many weeks.

      "They are getting better" - thank you for this; and, we will continue. I am sorry your time with us was not pleasant; that is difficult to hear. But, we are striving to do better everyday to create a more cohesive workforce. Our employees are our biggest asset.
