EVERYTHING else. Dark windows, strict culture, micro management, no perks, poor wages and benefits, huge amounts of work unevenly distributed.

Great entry level jobs for recent grads. Valuable work experience could be gained. Some of the people to work with are great and care about their jobs.

Cons

Poor management, focus is on sales and not in manufacturing. People feel that management do not care about them. Lack of career advancement opportunity and very low pay.
