      Pros

      Overall a good company pay and benefit wise. Usual BS as far as gripes about upper management, but that is everywhere. Usually a fun job!

      Cons

      When you're first hired, don't count on having any type of predictable schedule or life for that matter. Everything is seniority based, takes a while to get a schedule, let alone one that you desire.

      Pros

      Trains are up-to-date and train technology is up-to-date.

      Cons

      When it comes to office process they are Old fashion. They still have all paper employment files and process FMLA, Benefits, and Leave using manual processes. Hardware is outdated and will not run new software. IT department cannot fix half the issues. They do not operate in the 21st Century at all in the offices. Great pay but benefits are terrible and very expensive
