      An exciting and innovative place to work

      Pros

      Anaplan are building a high performance in memory multidimensional database, this is not a challenge that many developers get to tackle. The calibur of developer is incredibly high, and this gives and wonderfully collegiate and collaborative atmosphere.

      Cons

      There are a few slightly backwards attitudes to software development at the company, they are changing but like many growing companies this takes time.

      Pros

      * Amazing and disruptive product - with still a lot more to innovate. * Talented and technically diverse engineers for colleagues. * Friendly and fun workplace.

      Cons

      * Codebase of the current platform has a lot of technical debt. * The CI and release process is not that great, and not agile at all.

      Pros

      Honest and open environment (and thus stress-free) Approachable management (all levels) Great office, beer taps Challenging and interesting work Room to learn and grow Huge opportunities for growth and career development Flexible working

      Cons

      Some technical debt, but it's well known and being addressed openly. Insane growth rate means sometimes can feel disorganised, but systems get put in place rapidly to counteract it
