Since joining Anaplan 2024, I’ve had the opportunity to lead multiple CS & GTM teams, launch Portfolio CS across industries, and co-lead AI-enabled value and customer journey transformations designed to drive durable growth and accelerate customer outcomes at scale. What stands out most is the clarity of strategy, the strength of leadership, and the quality of the teams executing it. The focus is simple: a powerful platform, disciplined execution, and measurable customer outcomes. The culture is equally strong. Anaplan’s “I ACT REAL” values; innovation, accountability, collaboration, transparency, resilience, empathy, authenticity, and continuous learning; genuinely shape how teams work: openly, with shared ownership of outcomes, and a constant focus on improving to better serve customers.
