Pros
I've been here for 4 years, and the culture keeps getting better and better. The communication and the messaging from the EC is great, really transparent and motivating. We are kept informed and we all feel as though we are working as one team towards our goals. Don't get me wrong, we have aggressive targets and goals - its hard work - but you are appreciated for your hard work. The people I work with on a daily basis are dedicated, hard working people who want to make a difference - and at the heart of it, is collaboration. We all help each other.
The culture is simply amazing and helps new people flourish and get onboarded quickly, so they can start making a difference too.
Lastly - We are a growing company with a very promising future ahead of us - and that helps motivate us all to do our very best to ensure we are succesful at our goals.! It's a long winded way of saying - I simply Love it here!

In the past things have moved very quickly, and there has been a lot of pressure but the end result has always be positive - and we have learnt from that!
