* Amazing and disruptive product - with still a lot more to innovate. * Talented and technically diverse engineers for colleagues. * Friendly and fun workplace.

Cons

* Codebase of the current platform has a lot of technical debt. * The CI and release process is not that great, and not agile at all.

Fast paced and fun (in engineering)

Pros

Always lots of things going on, work with (some) cool technologies. Teams are encouraged to be autonomous and really own their bit of the stack. Culture within teams is really motivating.

Cons

Growing pains in transitioning from a startup into a 'normal' company. New processes and hierarchies are being tried out and it's a little distracting. Training's always offered and encouraged from the higher ups but in the day to day it never feels like you have the spare time to step out and take it.

- opportunities to growth, plenty of chances to move around within the company - smart, talented, genuinely nice and helpful co-workers - clear direction, promising future - interesting product, attitude of continuous improvement to be up-to-date with latest tech

Cons

- the infamous "growing pains" (which are not really a con) - ironing out of some processes with turnover and growth (again, not really a con...) I can think of very few, I really like working here.
