I can honestly say the workplace culture is AMAZING! From supportive management to colleagues who are just as fun to chat with as they are hardworking, everyday feels like a new adventure.

Cons

Sure there are some challenges, like navigating the competition and feeling the struggle for prospects and getting a really good pitch with a contractor. It can definitely feel like a uphill battle sometimes. But lets be real, the thrill of contests and bonus opportunities keeps the energy high and the motivation higher. Tireless hustle makes the wins even sweeter.

Remote work, leadership more or less leaves you to your own devices as long as you're performing

Cons

It's perplexing for this company to be so stuck in the dark ages of sales & marketing strategies, when we are ourselves providing lead generation and marketing to home improvement contractors. The base pay at the Enterprise level is way below market value.
