Pros

- Multiple technology stacks keep things interesting and allow an engineer to expand their skills across languages and platforms. - A culture of ownership where engineers at any level are empowered to make decisions - Exploration and finding better ways to do things is encouraged. - My fellow engineers are always willing to lend a hand and ego is never an issue.

Cons

- Historically the company has been driven heavily by product so as a an engineer it sometimes has seemed a bit difficult to get product/business buy-in for initiatives that deal mostly with technical issues that would not see an increase in revenue. However, this has been improving rapidly over the past year.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good Team members are always fun to talk to You get to learn more about different types of contract work Metrics are easy to hit Work from home (on Zoom though)

Cons

Recycled leads that are either dead numbers or have been out of business for years. It's really up to chance to make a sale with 95% of the leads given. It's an uphill battle as soon as you say "Angi" due to many contractors having poor experiences when they were apart of Angi or due to harassing calls. Management is poor and they hardly take things seriously. Commission structure also being stripped to nothing isn't helpful. Working at home is great except when you have to sit on zoom the entire time while they also micromanage every action you do through the CRM.

Your advice about trusting our employees and refining our CRM practices is invaluable. We'll keep this feedback in mind as we continue to work on creating a more supportive and effective experience for everyone on our teams.
