* Privately owned and the owners have unrealistic expectations. * Pay tends to be below market. * Managers play favorites. * Corporate staff are treated like dogs compared to field staff. * C-Suite receives massive quarterly bonuses but corporate staff don't see any kind of bonus at all. * Medical side funds the retail side that consistently loses massive amounts of money. 1 specific retail company lost close to $3m-4m in one year. * Hostile work environment.

The owner and managers are a bunch of good ole boys, meaning they're kind of racist, kind of inappropriate, kind of chauvinist and pretty much make and abide by their own rules. They don't value people or treat them very well, or pay very well. They don't care about turnover. The whole place is a bunch of insiders- family members, owners buddies etc. Those people are all safe and secure, everyone else better learn to play the game or GTHO.
