      Pros

      Manager is flexible if you need to take off for appointments.

      Cons

      PTO is the worst accrual rate at 6.7 hours per pay period, they pay below average and medical benefits are poor, doesn’t cover much for prescriptions.

      Pros

      * There are some great people to work with, but I wouldn't trust most management or above.

      Cons

      * Privately owned and the owners have unrealistic expectations. * Pay tends to be below market. * Managers play favorites. * Corporate staff are treated like dogs compared to field staff. * C-Suite receives massive quarterly bonuses but corporate staff don't see any kind of bonus at all. * Medical side funds the retail side that consistently loses massive amounts of money. 1 specific retail company lost close to $3m-4m in one year. * Hostile work environment.
