      One of the best jobs I have every had

      Pros

      Great working environment. Although I am assigned to the St. Louis office, I work remotely and was given all the computer equipment needed. People at all levels are accessible. Mgmt is responsive to concerns. Example: PTO was just increased by one week for all employees in response to a survey taken last year!

      Can't really think of any.

      Pros

      -Accepting and diverse environment -Work is always changing. New clients change the the work landscape considerably.

      Cons

      -Managers were often promoted recently, less-experienced. Not the best leaders. -Work is mundane. -Enough young employees to not feel like your surrounded by only older people, but not enough to enjoy work. -Rare company-wide communication from corporate. Branch office seemed like it was getting news long after it mattered, or it didn't matter in the first place.

      Stable job. Positive work environment. Friendly coworkers. Plenty of company events.

      Cons

      No clear advancement track. Salaries are suppressed.

We continue to look at employees' compensation and compare to market data to determine appropriate adjustments. As for career paths, we are looking forward to formalizing career path and employee development programs in 2019.
