Thank you for your response. We agree that there are many wonderful and hard-working employees here at Ansira. We continue to look at employees' compensation and compare to market data to determine appropriate adjustments. As for career paths, we are looking forward to formalizing career path and employee development programs in 2019. In the interim, we encourage employees to discuss career goals with their manager; and check the job openings for other Ansira opportunities too. We are working to improve the overtime, career path, and the employee experience in the TPM department.

Thank you for the feedback, we are working on new processes to get creative work in the queue and completed work out to production in a more efficient manner. I believe the kaizen's workshop results will reduce the extra or last-minute work creating a better work/life balance for the creative team members.
