Pros

- Impressive Client Portfolio - Neat Office Space at St. Louis HQ - Ability to learn professional skills for recent college graduates (leave ASAP after getting a year or two of experience) - Long winter holiday break

Cons

- Work-Life Balance *COMPLETELY* ignored for Trade Promotions teams. Many are regularly working 50 - 60 extremely stressful hours per week with growing buckets of paperwork and incoming calls from angry clients. - Bad Pay. Ansira adds layers of titles to assign more responsibility to employees with virtually no pay increase. Even with multiple "promotions," pay will be far below industry average. - Poor integration between IT and Business (due to workload constraints on both sides)

Pros

There are pros. Benefits are decent, lots of PTO (good luck taking it) and paid holidays throughout the year. Team gets the week of a Christmas off. Most of the team are good people.

Cons

I honestly don’t know where to begin. The CPM team is in absolute shambles. Everyone supporting clients will tell you the same things: low pay, ZERO recognition, no leadership, no resources, and no training (really, you will just start working on things with no guidance-set up to fail). The Chicago team has experienced a steady mass exodus of senior leadership dating back to the beginning of this year. Management’s refusal to keep the team fully staffed forces the Operations Specialists and Operations Leads to take more and more work that they are not ready for, and things usually come to a head after a few months, leading to more people quitting. Rinse and repeat. It’s actually sad and disappointing because there are some talented people that have come through the team, but they eventually see behind the curtain and quit. Most client programs have been in a steady decline (tailspin) due to lack of resources and staffing. You have PTO, but if you take it, you will be screwing over your co-workers who are already pushed to their absolute limit with volume. Also, you will come back to a huge mess, so people don’t even take time off because you’re actually hurting yourself. Our proprietary systems do not work, and have new issues arise weekly. This is probably our biggest challenge that causes a loss of faith from our clients. Development teams cannot fix things in time because they are slammed with work as well. The onboarding of a massive new client has sparked chaos across the team, leading to the latest round of exits. I am getting worked up just typing this, so I am going to stop. The list goes on and on.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your negative outlook about your time at Ansira. We have some very talented CPM team members who we are raising up as leaders, and we know that change can sometimes create discomfort as individuals adjust to their new roles. Additionally, as our client roster continues to grow, there are changes that will come with onboarding and supporting new work. That said, we appreciate your candid review and will use this input to continue improving the experience for all of our team members. We wish you well in your future endeavors. Thanks, Jay

Pros

This is a remote first company

Cons

Anyone who says they have worked here more than a year is lying. The company has only existed for 1 year. (used to be a part of CDK - go read THOSE reviews!) Pay practices are unequal and unfair. Arbitrary - based on whether or not the boss likes you not your actual skill level or performance. . NO room or plan for career growth. Management loves to pick scape goats. Blames the employees for problems that were inherited (from CDK) They are rude to the people who work for them. Salaries are low. There is NO respect for anyone starting from the top down. Coworkers pick up on this and treat each other badly as well.

We value your opinion and appreciate you sharing it, although we are disappointed that you are not enjoying your Sincro experience. We would encourage you to raise your concerns with your manager or HR so we can address them directly with you. While the Sincro brand is only about a year old, the company has a heritage stretching back more than 25 years. As a new organization, we are charting a fresh path and are setting priorities based on input from our team members. We appreciate, respect, and reward their performance, as well as provide them with opportunities to advance their careers. Our learning management system offers a variety of courses for team members to grow their skills and knowledge. We’re also working on programs to forge connections among employees so they can explore other positions at the company. Team members consistently praise our corporate culture; they feel empowered to speak up and effect change. They also prize the transparency of our leaders and say their managers genuinely care about their wellbeing. We have recently rolled out core values that encompass an inclusive environment, winning together, learning and celebrating success, and helping others. Everyone in the company is held accountable to these values as well as high performance standards.
