Good for starting your career in customer service field.

Cons

Not paying much attention to training. It's just 2 hours of system set up and pdf reading training for the process and they want us to perform 100% of their quality parameter.

They constantly hire temp agents and fire them a month after pay is usually around 14$…so not much and hours are not consistent
