Pros

Great company to work for, friendly staff, feels like a community. Able to share ideas and get your voice heard within the company. Small departments and friendly managers, environment that encourages open communication.

Cons

Could be more advancement opportunities within specific departments, some departments are growing faster than others so it depends on what you want to do in the company.

Pros

Answernet treats their employees well but like any company they are in business to make a profit. The truth is if you are not willing to work this is not the company for you. They do their best to create a productive environment and a pleasant experience for callers, employees and customers.

Cons

Answernet does not have the best hiring practices when it comes to management and gives their upper management too much control and not enough regulation. This management can and have made very poor decisions which effects the company and its employees greatly and generally goes unnoticed until it involves a customer and then action is taken.

Pros

easy to get to by public transportation

Cons

some creepy, unhygenic, coworkers. drug addicted employees, some who consumed while working. roach infested building. very very poor management, no benefits, no sick days or vacation days. employees are treated unfairly (yes even the ones who are not on drugs and the ones with a clean criminal history) hourly wage does not compinsate for the stress one has to endure to work there (which comes from other employees not the job itself) most at this site have the mind of highschoolers. most do not care about there job at all. employees have been fired for good reason n rehired just because (per the office manager) "at least it's a trained but in a seat taking calls". they have lost some of the best operators they had because management does not know how to manage. the office manager never had any managerial experience prior to this she was thrown into her position from a lead operator when the last office manager retired and she has been "wingin it" ever since.
