Pros

At one point a lot of cool people worked there and it was a casual atmosphere. Lots of turnover has led to bad hires and crappy culture.

Cons

Raises are non existent, even after years of hard work. They make promises, but you’ll never see a dime. The ones to succeed the most as the CEO suck ups. Lots of hired ex cons work in the call centers. There is a history of sexual predators who have worked there and a lot of sexism.

none run upper mgnt does not know what they are doing

Cons

everything out dated equipment all some mgrs. care about is spreadsheets and docs in alfresco
