Pros

Great people, nice work assignments.

Cons

Due to working remotely, very siloed. Yet mostly, almost everything is outsourced via software/vendors. As example Payroll, HR, etc. Thus, while a twenty plus year old company it operates like it's still a start-up still working out of a garage/basement. As an example, working remotely it was a BYOD motif, Bring Your Own Devises and generic software like MS Office on your PC.

Pros

I guess it's a job.

Cons

I wasn't trained properly. The accounts have not even the bare minimum information, I'm not even sure how you're supposed to act like your the 'receptionist' but you don't even have the address to the majority of the companies when asked by callers. Just doesn't make any sense. A lot of things just don't make any sense. It's not a horrible job, just not a very good one. This is for teens who need something to do in their spare time - it's basically a joke, do not get this job if you're an adult. Compensation, PLEASE!
