Pros

working remotely, excellent training, and decent pay.

Cons

Answernet's attendance policy is challenging to work with. They only allow 6 absences per year, including long-term illnesses such as COVID-19 and the flu. If you get sick more than once in a year, you may lose your job.

Pros

They kept me on staff during my emergency move across country. They worked with me for 4 months after my move as well. Much appreciated! Salary was good too!

Cons

Their pro's out weigh their cons believe me. Remember, there's good and bad everywhere. It's the same just about everywhere to some degree.
