Pros

Nice before training begins. That’s it.

Cons

Unprofessional, I felt like 3 people that were in training were given different hours than me. They say they want you to ask questions. DONT! And they indirectly give off info from your background check. I never signed any paperwork besides an I-9.

None! The health insurance is a bit pricey, but not crazy. Good coverage.

- Helped the unemployed - Remote work

Cons

- Bad hours - Strict monitoring - No assistance to the callers sometimes as we didn't actually have ability to lift holds on payment when majority of callers are asking to lift holds on payment.
