Pros

Nothing good to say about the management team.

Cons

Management is nothing more than a smoke, mirror, and ego team. You are best served to look elsewhere for gainful employment. The average tenure is 6 months.

Pros

It’s work… Cold calling isn’t hard. It doesn’t get much more entry level than cold calling. If you just need a job, it’s a job. And you can work remotely. All that’s required is for you to call a bunch of numbers and get voice mails or get hung up on. It’s easy money.

Cons

It’s work… when they can schedule a full day. Every morning agents wait around find out what to do or take a guess and hope for the best. Sometimes you find out its not a full day, on the day. Revolving door of agents and management make for a low-quality experience. You can probably make more money taking a cashier job.
