The staff lives up to one of their core values - "Kind and Likable". All departments in the corporate office work well together.

Cons

As with most tele-messaging and/or telemarketing companies, the communication between the Sales team and Operations staff in the call center needs to improve.

Pros

I have worked for AnswerNet for about 4 years now. It is a fun environment filled with a lot of good people. The corporate office is a nice place, and salaries commensurate with experience. Call center are well-run, and offer some very flexible shifts. Everyone, from admins to agents, have an opportunity to grow within the organization if they show passion, motivation and personal growth.

Cons

Like any company, there have been a few growing pains. However, leadership is very strong. They help the organization overcome challenges, and have an open door policy so that all employees can have their voices heard.
