Pros

The CEO has a very nice and polite wife and wonderful family. Nothing else is a pro.

Cons

My experience with the CEO of Answernet was unequivocally negative. Despite my dedicated, high-level support, I was met with degrading and belittling treatment for inadequate pay. My termination, based on an offensive and baseless assumption about my undiagnosed Type 2 Diabetes (mistaken for drug use), speaks volumes about his leadership. While I chose not to sue, his actions were unacceptable. The constant cigar smell on my clothes was a minor but telling detail of the disrespect. My advice: retire, play drums, find a boat. That's where he might actually excel. The truth of his treatment will emerge.
