Can ring a lot in a very short time. Beautiful waterfront views. Once you have seniority, you can make bank. Can make great money from banquets.
Cons
Management is completely aweful. They are sexist and play favorites. Management will hide in the office all night and give attitude when anyone asks them to actually do their job. Seniority is more important than quality of service. Sunset dinners are not worth the amount of effort for the money you make. Happy hour is aweful. Be prepared to work one hour if it's slow. Lots of on call shifts. No money in the winter. Will be moved from the dining room to happy hour with no notice. It takes management way too long to promote people. This is not normal for other Anthony's locations. Only the edmonds location is this bad. Especially with no money in the winter. Apply to other locations if you must.
