Worst Corporate Experience Possible!

If you are looking for a base level of experience to put on your resume, that's about all you will get here. Put in your 6 months and get out, if you can stand being there for that long.

Cons

Everything. Awful micro-managing culture. Low pay. Terrible benefits. Volatile work environment. Takes advantage of employees. When someone leaves or is released, their responsibilities are given to other employees without question nor additional compensation. No training, guidance, or mentoring what-so-ever. This company will set you up to fail. Do not fall for it. Take what you can and get out.

they will get you a work visa somehow. I don't see anything else.

Cons

no job growth, no benefits, no salary on bench, you have to find your own client, they don't have any direct clients.. they just do body shopping.. if you are good they will keep you in bench for a while..you mostly end up working as a sub contractor..

I got paid. That is about it - I received my paycheck on a regular basis. No field support. "No love" there.

Cons

I have been contracting for 30 years and their field support is about the worst I have ever experienced. It should not take 5 e-mails to get the answer to a simple question. I should not have to hound them for answers about frequently missing 401-K contributions. I didn't hear a peep out of them until my contract ended and only then did I start getting attention...
