      Pros

      Money is okay I guess and you get benefits. They train you and get you to an acceptable level as a developer

      Cons

      They take advantage of immigrants and pay you much less than the market pays you Lots of lying and false promises Don’t really help you relocate for their contracts. They only pay you a small percentage of what the actual contract pays them. It’s about 30% the first year.

      We appreciate your acknowledgement that the "money is okay." However, we therefore do not understand your complaint about our compensation. Apolis pays an honest and respectful rate to all employees including any working on an immigrant work-visa (H1B, GC, OPT). We abide by our contracts which are written and signed by each employee. Our contracts do not honor any verbal agreements. So if someone made a promise to you that was not in accordance with our agreement, it would not be valid. However you would be welcome and expected to bring that to the attention of HR or management. Apolis strives to be an ethical company and is open to constructive criticism.

      Pros

      Good for people who don't have any experience, especially for international student. It can sponsor you working in USA.

      Cons

      The salary is very low compared to full time job.

      Pros

      Exec management is easy to approach. Resource focused. 100% on time payment. HR is easy to approach and is employee friendly.

      Cons

      Very minimal. Immigration team response times could be better.
