      No Response from Accounting, HR and Immigration

      good company to start your career (should leave this company after 1 year)

      Cons

      In emergency or in any circumstance if you try reaching any department they won't respond. Send email to enquire about something important no one responds. No healthy environment for professionals (consultants) You will get very low salary compare to the market. There is no quality inside RJT its just buildup.

      These comments concern us because we have nearly a dozen staff members in position to address every employee's concerns. It is hard to comment on this review without knowing the specific situation however there is a management hierarchy in the company and if he/she was not getting the necessary attention, the request could be kicked up to the next level. As to his/her comments on low salary, I do not agree. APOLIS pays market rates depending upon experience and the client-engagement.

      After 30 years in the business, it is hard to accept that there is "literally nothing" good to say about Apolis? How about Apolis' employee benefits? Our systems? Our great customers? Camaraderie? Professional environment? Longevity of many of our staff? Of course, there are areas for improvement and we would welcome any constructive criticism. Apolis openly recognizes its employees' good performance on a monthly basis. And we regularly approve salary increases for good performance. Apolis does expect hard work and good, professional performance from its employees. It is unfortunate this employee's experience did not work out so well.

      Worst company to work for

      Pros

      Been with this company for 3 years. There was a person who was good at negotiating and mediating pay rate between company and contractors but since he left I've been treated worst.

      Cons

      No PTO's except for starting 6 months. No pay raise after a year. Not good communication. Dont care about contractor employees. There are so many other contractor companies out there better than this.
