The kind of pay salary on time

Cons

1. Not ethical in their processes. 2. Treat employees like slaves. 3. Few folks who deal with you are very unprofessional. They tell you all kakan bul stories. 4. Pay rates are pretty low. 5. They do weird calculations for your pay, you need monitor it closely. 6. They don't pay medical for consultants but take big chunk of cut from consultants. 7. They don't even bother to check with you or talk to you as long as they are getting their time sheets or invoices. 8. They run the company like a mom and a pop shop.

We are surprised that someone who has stayed with the company for so long would not know more about the company's practices. We are an ethical company and adhere to all legal requirements. The company offers full medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits contrary to what the writer writes. We are sorry the writer's primary focus is on low pay as we believe our compensation & benefits plans are quite good. APOLIS has been in business since 1996 and has grown to employ a sizable number of consultants.

Absolutely no reason to work with RJT Compuquest ; No Future

Cons

Never ever join the company if you are in Oracle Apps. This company does not have any projects and they will move here and there without visa. Your life will be ruined and at last they will throw you in a project where you need to work for 12 hrs per day and Sat-Sun. Worst Payroll dept ; invalid deductions from the salary

This review from 2013 certainly does not reflect the company 8 years later. In fact, APOLIS has a strong Oracle consulting/staffing practice. For good and honest consultants, a career at APOLIS can be very lucrative and satisfying. Our company continues to grow strongly in multiple technologies, across a range of industries, and throughout the U.S. The writer contradicts himself saying APOLIS "does not have any projects" but will then "throw you in a project where you need to work..." The snipe about payroll is incorrect as all of our practices are tried and tested and processed through ADP.

Pros

I joined sometime in oracle and I must say the training is good. You will get to know a lot of information in the training. The instructor is aware of what he is teaching and knows his subject. The training will help you succeed in the job.

Cons

Certain aspects of the training can be better. They should focus on some modules that are more in the market. More clarity required from the Chicago Office. Very Poor administration in Chicago Office. Also they have an attitude like they do not care for you. However, the main thing would be is that they should have more direct clients and compromise on certain issues that will benefit the consultant. It would help if the pay was higher. Politics in sales team who are located in india and they are partial to few trainees and other trainees should wait for their interview calls for months No Proper communication between administration and consultants Fake Promises Training is mostly video based not In-class So Many hidden clause which they don't mention the time you join. Very poor marketing Takes almost 6-7 mints to get placed including training period.
