Like most employers, employment with Apolis is "at will" which means the employee or employer can terminate employment whenever they wish. We do not require our personnel to work a minimum duration, we do not guarantee a minimum duration nor do we limit the duration an employee might work with us. Each situation is unique and depends upon performance, client preferences and the availability of new opportunities.

Thank you very much for the "high 5" rating. We are very proud of our training program. And in the past 12 months we have seen over a 30% increase in revenue due to our ongoing business development effort. Apolis does communicate monthly with its staff through a newsletter but there may be additional ways to get the message out. Pros

Gets your foot in the door. You will know everything that exists in your field of work really quickly which means you can climb the ladder at a greater pace.

Cons

The pay could definitely be higher.

Thanks for your vote of confidence. Apolis has several excellent training programs to enable computer programmer candidates to function at a very high level in only a few months. Our placement rate is also extremely high. Our compensation for newly trained programmers is competitive but as many of our consultants will attest, a successful Apolis consultant's comp-package grows quickly.
