      Thank you for your feedback. Apolis has a very good benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life (3x base up to 500k), disability, ERP, 401k, etc. We have found that work-life balance has been difficult for some people. While we are working from home during Covid, we encourage our team members to take care of their health, exercise, diet and to get outdoors when they feel it is safe.

      The organisation promotes and encourages diversity and inclusion. This was visible in the recently conducted Virtual Team Event - "Masti Ki Pathshala. All Employees came together on varied tasks as a team and demonstrated team work. and collaboration !! Kudos to the HR team for putting this together The fast-paced, exuberant and buzzing activities, were engaging and re-ignited zeal and enthusiasm in all of us

      Apolis has a results-oriented culture, especially in our current work from home situation. We also cherish good inter-personal skills and forming strong bonds with our team members. Apolis extends flexibility to the extent possible so that team members can manage their work related deliverables in a systematic manner with due support from Managers. It is unfortunate that you faced pressures at work. While your comments are not specific, we want to thank you for sharing your feelings and letting us know that there is scope for further improvement.
