      I have worked for this company for 5 years. The HR teams are helpful. The company (Top Executive ) never cheat their employer and keep the promise, what they promise to deliver. The best company to get Green card. The success rate is 100 %

      More diversification is needed in new technology

      Pros

      I have been working for more than a year now, I have experienced that the training and the marketing teams are very hardworking and intelligent people and they know what they are doing. They also provide good support for people still on their student status. HR dept is also decent. All in all I have had a great experience with them for this past year.

      Cons

      Emails sent to HR take a while to get a response back.

      Company is lots of scope of improvement required,,,,,dont join,,,,,one can deserve better,,,,,

      okay-okay package,,,maybe this is why people accept offer,,,sometimes bonus also (but dont epxect)

      Cons

      no work life balance,,,policies should be better,,, lot of expectation from lower/mid level people while managers play blame game or mail-game,,,even if the company grows a lot in business, don't consider this company for learning or growth
