      Wonderful people, tough culture

      All of the people I worked with during my time at the company (almost 2 years) were incredibly talented and very pleasant to work with. I grew a lot and learned a lot from everyone who was involved with the projects I worked on. I also made connections that I'm certain will prove to be valuable as I progress through my career.

      Cons

      Funded companies in the tech space often move really fast which is nothing new. However, it seemed to be generally accepted that you frequently would need to sacrifice your nights and weekends to accomplish the ambitious goals being laid out by leadership. After almost two years of producing high-quality work at scale, I became too burnt out to continue with the company.

      Worst Management

      No respect for Indians Worst Management, managers are not ready to take up the responsibility of newly hired team members. Says that they are sales led organisation but truly no respect for the sales team No initial training provided and gives you hefty targets to achieve without any training or support Does not value clients from the Indian market
