      - Engineers I work with are very competent, professional and knowledgeable - Flexible remote work arrangements - Still mostly an engineering-led company, a lot of work is done to increase engineers' efficiency

      Cons

      - Time zone issues can cause delays in task coordination - Late night meetings if you're not aligned to the US time zones - Task load can be heavy depending on quarter goals - Compensation is location-based
