      Some of the nicest colleagues you could ask for Remote work

      My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. During the hiring process, I was promised specific compensation terms that were not honored once I joined. Despite consistently overperforming, when I raised this issue with leadership, I was met with silence. Just days later, I was let go under the false claim of "restructuring." It’s worth noting that I was the only person let go from the team, which makes the explanation even more questionable. The HR team’s behavior throughout this process was unprofessional and unethical. If you value transparency and integrity in an employer, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

      Fast moving Company, fully remote (if you love it). Strong vision, big positive change in Leadership behavior over the last 12 months. Well funded Company as well.

      It's a startup. So, you should be ready for a startup life.

      Good place to work if you are in the right team, worst if it ends other way round.

      Pros

      A lot of freedom to work in flexible timings, a very open culture to define how we want to achieve goals and everyone is heard. Engineering team is amazing and best people from the world. You get to learn a lot from your seniors, peers also juniors.

      Cons

      Extremely volatile in planning at executive level, one second they plan to do A as top priority and half way down its stashed. Most of the decisions are taken at high level by single person the CEO. Some managers are extreme micro managers and there is no actions that HR team is taking for those. If you end up with that lot, life is miserable.
