- Apollo is very fast paced and there is constant opportunity to take on more challenges to help grow your career. - The people at Apollo are all committed to the mission of Apollo and practice a culture of collaboration. - On a really great growth trajectory, fared very well during the economic downturn for tech and continue to grow at a healthy pace. - Global company allows you to connect with coworkers across the globe. - Transparent culture, you always know whats going on from a company perspective, leadership is transparent on what is working well vs not.

Cons

- Company and department strategies will shift regularly, which makes it hard to understand what the true priorities are at times.

- Hands down smartest group of people I've ever worked with - Fastest growing company in tech right now - No micromanagement - Incredibly cross-functional

- Fast paced so not for everyone. A few people have joined and left quickly because they can't keep up with the pace.
