      Pros

      Few companies take pride in their employees and actually care about them. Apollo and its management always strive to make sure that as an employee you're comfortable with your role and that you're equipped to complete your daily tasks! Growth! In the time I've been with Apollo we have added many new faces to the team. It's a very diverse company that gives out great opportunities. This proves the company is on the right path! Leadership is on point!

      No cons from my end! Some ups and downs like any other company but no major deal-breakers!

      Pros

      The company has people from all over the world, very talented, with different backgrounds, and there's an amazing collaboration across all teams. The whole company is aware of where we're going and we're working towards specific goals. The company culture is 100% at its best. There are many activities in place to make sure that we all get to know each other, that we can have moments to share through our day to day responsibilities, and there are initiatives to motivate our wellness, learning, and development. You can feel how the whole leadership genuinely cares about you and your well being and is just truly awesome when the communication is so good, that you feel close to your team even being so far away.

      Cons

      The type of product we're building and the market that uses it has many challenges, but the company is working hard on constantly improving the platform and learn from the customers to keep maturing.

      Pros

      Nimble but mighty team who is able to pivot very fast and execute extremely well. Entire team is filled with A players who are excited to have an active role in transforming the industry with an in-demand platform. Foundations are solid. Platform is more stable than ever before and internal processes have come very far over the past year. Founders are visionaries with always having the end user in mind. Innovations here are always customer-driven.

      Cons

      Lots of changes are normal part of any startup. There has definitely been a noticeable difference to how we used to handle change versus how we embrace change now. For those who can weather change, this is awesome. For those who can't/don't want to, this can be hard. The company is relentlessly revolutionizing the market and is doing well because the current team is able to see that and take the proper steps to do so quickly.
