We certainly don't have a hiring freeze in the company - if you look at our career site at present there are over 30 jobs that the recruitment team are actively trying to fill, across a wide variety of functions and geographies. Regarding compensation and benefits, we recognize that there is always room for improvement, and we are continuously assessing our offerings to ensure that they remain competitive. Your input on the 401K match and pay has been noted. As for the feedback on our leadership and product, we take all feedback seriously and are constantly striving to improve. We regularly review the results of our internal surveys and are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels supported and heard. Leadership is actively working to address concerns, and we are always open to hearing more about how we can continue to improve both the work environment and the product.
