Great technology and they are at the forefront of AI-based automation in terms of the maturity of the AI engine.

Cons

The company culture is very cold and disconnected. The pay is also atrocious and not competitive with similar companies in the market. The future state of the company is uncertain.

- Culture: Peers made the work environment enjoyable. AppZen held many company/off-site events that allowed employees to build strong relationships with each other. - Collaboration: Everyone was motivated to improve the product and ultimately help deliver solutions for the customers.

Cons

- Work-life balance: The combination of late night and early morning calls throughout the week made it difficult to enjoy any free time. - Compensation: The pay is not sufficient for the time spent and pressure that comes with the role. The "Unlimited" PTO policy usually leads to an uncomfortable conversation where you are pressured to hold off on taking PTO due to needs.
